With over 18 years of experience in the town planning sector, I am able to advise and guide you through each stage of the planning process to help secure consent. I worked as a Planning Officer for both Borough of Poole Council and the New Forest National Park Authority for a combined total of 10 years, and have been self employed in my own consultancy practice since 2018.

 

Having worked in both local authority and private practice, I have a strong understanding of national and local planning policies and how these are applied. I have a Post Graduate Certificate and Masters Degree in Spatial Planning. I am a fully chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and fully insured.

I have experience of both urban and rural environments throughout the BCP area, Dorset, Hampshire, the New Forest and beyond. This gives me knowledge and expertise in a very broad range of projects from householders, changes of use, plot splits, new residential and commercial / mixed use developments, agricultural buildings and uses and listed building and conservation area developments.
